We execute complete pavement build-ups: sub-grade stabilization and earthwork compaction, Granular Sub-Base (GSB) laying, Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) courses, and final surfaces including Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC), vacuum dewatered Trimix concrete, or high-density interlocking pavers.
We perform field density tests (Modified Proctor density) on earthwork and GSB layers, slump cone tests on fresh concrete batches, and cast compressive strength concrete cubes for 7-day and 28-day laboratory testing.
Our self-owned compaction inventory includes a 12 MT single-drum vibratory roller, a 9 MT vibratory roller, and a 5 MT tandem plate compactor, eliminating equipment hire dependencies and preventing sub-grade settlement.
Yes. We supply and install hydraulic-pressed precast kerb stones, cast-in-place monolithic saucer drains, and roadside channels aligned to stormwater slopes to ensure zero water ponding.
